Return Process

  Ensure the perfume bottle is unopened, the original cellophane seal is intact, and the product is in its original luxury packaging.

  Contact our fragrance concierge team via email with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive an authorization code.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the item in a sturdy shipping box with protective padding to prevent breakage during transit, as glass bottles are fragile.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
